Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Most Canadian orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

A small important thing
Don't promise 3–7 days or 1–3 day processing unless you actually can meet it. You can change those numbers to whatever shipping service you'll actually use.
Also, if you're selling higher-value gemstones, I'd strongly recommend adding something about tracking and delivery confirmation/signature if your shipping provider offers it. That's especially useful for expensive orders.
